Lithuanian Aikido Aikikai Federation (LAAF) is a non-profit organization established in 2004 on 26 October, in order to practice, teach and develop traditions of Japanese martial art Aikido Aikikai in Lithuania. Pranas Golovach, the initiator of establishing the organization, became president in 2004. The president of LAAF, Pranas Golovach is the first official representative from Lithuania to arrive to study at the World Aikido Center - Aikikai Hombu Dojo (Tokyo, Japan) and was officially introduced to the III Doshu of Aikido ( jp. heir to the way) Moriteru Ueshiba.

LAAF is guided by Aikikai Hombu Dojo rules.

LAAF spreads and maintains Japanese martial art Aikido in a form in which it was developed and delivered by the Founder Morihei Ueshiba, the supervision of aikido activities, carried out by LAAF, follows the statute governed by Aikikai Hombu Dojo.
